This is really CTBR's first blast of coldness since he had pneumonia and didn't really walk outside til March earlier this year.
I know many people say why put a sweater on a dog when it has fur...but some dogs have short fur and it really doesn't keep them warm.  If you're shivering, your dog is probably shivering as well.  Which leads me to what kind of coat should I get for Carmine?  After all, I do have to keep his tough guy image.

According to today's Daily News, "Lonely Planet's Best in Travel 2009"  which lists the best places in the world to be entombed (!!) includes the Hartsdale Pet Cemetery in Westchester!!!!
A small fact I didn't know is that the cemetery has 70,000 animals and some humans buried there....pretty amazing right?

Funniest thing happened the other night:  I was watching "My Name is Earl" as I had dvr'd it on Thursday.  CTBR was laying next to me with his head on my lap when Simon & Garfunkel's "America" came on towards the end of the show.  Of course I started humming to it....and CTBR jumped up and ran away!! I swear he started running around my apt and ran into his crate.  And for the rest of the night, he avoided me!!! I guess my singing is pretty bad huh?
